Align Studio Has Moved!!

As of October 1st we are located at 2732 N Clark, second floor- just 2 block east of our previous home.
The brand new studio, while being stunningly designed, is also much larger and now houses both private and group classes.

Align Welcomes Richard Franklin of Circle Systems Golf

Private golf instruction is now available at the Align Annex from Richard Franklin, who was a member of the Canadian Professional Golf Tour (2007, 2008), has won at the mini tour level and has Nationwide Tour experience.
Players of all ability levels will benefit will benefit from a program structure that includes
- initial evaluation and screening
- slow motion HD video analysis
- take home reference DVD

Class Schedule Changes
September 20, 2010
- Wednesday 9/22 7:15pm Pilates Mat class will not meet due to the open house. We hope to see everybody there!
- Our Thursday 9/23 6:15pm Pilates Ball class will not meet.
- Our Saturday 9/25 11:15am class will not meet. Matt will be holding a Fusion class at 9am which will incorporate weights, kettlebell, pilates, and cardio bursts.
