Pilates can be practiced in private sessions where there is one client with an instructor, in duet sessions where there are two clients per instructor, or in group classes of varying sizes depending on the type of class.

Studio Policies:

All scheduled sessions and group classes require a 24-hour cancellation to avoid full charge.

All purchased packages are non-refundable and expire 6 months from date of purchase.
