Its fundamental principle is to engage core stabilizers – the deepest muscles of the abdomen, back and pelvis – while progressing through an exercise series of varied range and intensity.

Pilates may be practiced in private, duet, or group class sessions.

Private sessions are 55 minutes and scheduled on an individual basis.
