Group Classes
REFORMER CLASSES are performed in a group setting of 5 people. Classes run in monthly sessions and require pre-registration.
Group Reformer
A full body workout using the new Peak Mve Reformers- specialized Pilates equipment that incorporate spring resistance into a full body workout for increased strength, endurance, range of motion and long lean muscle tone. All skill levels are offered from beginner to advanced.
Cardio Reformer
Intermediate to advanced level using the Reformer Jumpboard for low-impact plyometrics- a series of jumping exercises designed to increase cardio while working your glutes, thighs and abdominals.

MAT CLASSES
Performed in a group setting of up to 10 people, mat classes move at a slightly brisker pace offering a flow of exercises that once learned may be performed anywhere. Mat classes are an ideal complement to private sessions and to those seeking quality Pilates instruction at a significant savings.
Pilates Fundamentals
Focus on the basics to build a strong foundation. Great for beginners or those seeking a deeper awareness of the basic exercises.
Pilates Mat
A step up from the fundamentals – a more challenging workout for those already familiar with Pilates.
Pilates Props
Intermediate level using therabands and magic circles to provide increased stretch and tone.
Pilates on the Ball
Intermediate to advanced level using the physio ball for increased stability and aerobic challenge.
Cardio Pilates
Apply pilates principals to an advanced cardio/weight training workout. An intense fusion of core conditioning, cardio interval training and old-school hand weight work.
Kettlebell
A high intensity, full body workout using kettle bells – a specially designed weight that constantly alters your center of gravity through a series of upper and lower body exercises. Results in increased agility and endurance, improved body balance and muscle tone.
