Group Classes
GROUP REFORMER CLASSES- Pilates Reformers incorporate spring resistance into a full body workout that increases strength, endurance, range of motion and muscle tone. All skill levels offered from beginner to advanced. Reformer classes are performed in a group setting of 3-5 people.

MAT CLASSES- We offer a wide range of mat classes, from basic pilates to advanced cardio & weight training. Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure individual attention and focus on proper form.
Pre-registration encouraged; drop-ins welcome!
PILATES PROPS- Basic pilates exercises with the addition of therabands & magic circles to provide increased stretch & joint opening. A restorative class that’s appropriate for all levels.
PILATES MAT- Traditional pilates exercises–no props, just your body and your core working with gravity. Appropriate for all levels.
CARDIO PILATES- Pilates mat exercises interspersed with squats, lunges, push-ups & wight training at a brisk cardio interval pace. Advanced level, prior pilates experience required.
KETTLEBELL- A high intensity, full body workout using kettle bells – a specially designed weight that constantly alters your center of gravity through a series of upper and lower body exercises. Lots of cardio, glutes, legs & inner thighs.
